Chapter 2 | What We Already Were

In August 2026, an earthquake struck Colombia, weeks after another had struck Venezuela. As the whole country organized to help, some brands realized they already had something to offer: their own community.

A brand isn't just its products, but also an audience that listens, and in an emergency, that audience can become a tool as real as any donation. Some of the brands already part of the Antibes selection used exactly that: their platform, their reach, and the trust of the people already following them.

Maygel Coronel shared what to donate, where to take it, and contacts for anyone searching for a loved one, while Ancora set up a collection point and spread emergency hotlines, and Baobab put its platform to work helping locate missing people and verify information.

Artibiana widened the lens toward Indigenous communities, older adults and abandoned pets, and shared basic tips for spotting structural risks, while Bahía María pointed to which cities needed the most support and where to send it.

They didn't do it out of obligation or strategy. They did it because they had something other people needed: reach. These brands are part of our own curation, and seeing them show up like this reminds us why we decided to donate 10% of our sales to this cause, and why we'll keep using our platform to amplify other verified efforts, whether from brands, foundations, or anyone else looking to help.

Want to help now? Here's where.
